Cycle to Work

You receive...
a loan from £250 up to a maximum of £5,000 (including VAT) to buy a brand new bike and accessories, so you can get fit and beat the traffic. At least half the time you use the bike should be for travel to and from work.
You pay...
back the cost over 12 months. This benefit is paid for through Salary Sacrifice, meaning you don’t pay tax and National Insurance, saving you at least 25% on the cost of what you buy.
You choose...
how much to spend and where you get the bike, using a network of stores across the country. The provider will issue you a voucher to purchase the bike and accessories upfront. the opportunity to donate to any UK registered charity, directly through payroll. All GAYE donations are pre-tax, so your favourite causes receive the tax you would have paid.

a minimum of £4.00 per month into your Charity Account with the Charity Aid Foundation. Publicis Sapient will match all GAYE contributions up to £100 per calendar year. Any donation made to charity outside of GAYE, e.g. if you complete a fundraising activity, will also be matched by Publicis Sapient up to £100 through our Matching Gift Programme.

the loan repayments back to Publicis Sapient over 12 months which will be taken from your net pay.
You choose...
The amount you’ll need for your season ticket on Simply Benefits and provide proof of the loan amount. This can be a screen shot from the ticket provider website or receipt if you purchase the ticket beforehand.
