Pension

Start preparing for your future today

You receive...

a minimum of 3% of your base salary. You can contribute however much you like above 3% as long as it doesn’t take your salary below the national minimum wage. However much you contribute, Publicis Sapient will always pay a 5% contribution.

You choose...

how much to pay in. When you’re auto-enrolled you’ll automatically be placed at a contribution level of 3% via Salary Sacrifice. You can change your contribution level and how the deduction is taken (net or Salary Sacrifice) on Simply Benefits. You can also make additional one-off contributions to your plan to boost your pension savings directly with Aviva.
